Access

The Tithe Barn conversion was designed with full consideration for visitors who may have restricted mobility. Wide doorways and tiled level surfaces were used throughout the ground floor. There are two very shallow steps (each approximately 50mm / 2 inches) into the porch and also directly into the bedroom from the patio area, for which we can provide simple shallow ramps for wheelchairs.

The ground floor bedroom is spacious and has a zip-link super-king bed which can be split into two full sized singles when required. The en-suite bathroom can be accessed by a wheelchair and has handrails in the shower and toilet areas. We can provide a shower stool with handles (or a plastic chair) and a toilet raiser frame if required.

We have prepared an Access Statement which gives more detail on all the critical features such as table heights, door widths, etc. Click this link to view: Access Statement
